About Mizpiradi Euskal Sagardo Naturala

Mizpiradi’s cider with the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin: native apples only and the DO’s checks. It has the same black and gold label as the house’s natural cider, with a red band and the seal’s capsule. 75 cl bottle, 6.5% ABV.

For a cider house meal at home: cool and poured from height.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
