About Izeta IZ Sagardoa

IZ is Izeta’s cider with the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin: native apples only and the DO’s checks on every batch, with the round “iz” label and the seal’s red capsule. 75 cl bottle.

Serve it like the house’s natural cider, cool and poured from height, with food.

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
