The natural cider of Izeta, the cider house in Elkano, Aia, that looks out over Zarautz and the sea: the family makes it from apples from its own orchards, with no added gas, water or sugar. 75 cl bottle, 6% ABV.
It is the house’s table cider: cool and poured from height, a little at a time.
