About Isastegi Euskal Sagardoa

Isastegi’s Designation of Origin cider, from Tolosa: 100% local apples, graded at the Fraisoro laboratory, where every batch from the house passes the official tasting. It is the one with the red capsule, carrying the Euskal Sagardoa seal.

It is sold in boxes of six 75 cl bottles, and each bottle comes with an eco-friendly pourer stopper so you can serve it at home as in a cider house.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
