About Isastegi Premium

The Premium is Isastegi’s Euskal Sagardoa DO cider that earned the top grade at the Fraisoro laboratory: 100% native apples, with a black label and gold capsule to set it apart from the house’s standard DO cider.

It is sold in boxes of six 75 cl bottles, with an eco-friendly pourer stopper.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
