About Etxe-Zuri cider house
Etxe-Zuri’s forebears worked in farming and livestock. The apples were harvested at home, they made cider for the whole year, and people from the neighbourhood also went there to make their cider.
Today the cider house still makes its own natural cider, which it serves by txotx (straight from the cask) at its grill restaurant in Olaberria.
