About Garrastegi Sagardo Aparduna Brut Nature

Iturrieta’s sparkling cider, from Aramaio, bears on its label the name of Garrastegi, the farmhouse to which the house dedicates the bottle. It is made by the traditional method, with the second fermentation in the bottle, and it is a brut nature: dry, with no added sugar.

A dark cava-style 75 cl bottle at 7 % ABV, with a white label. It is sold at the farmhouse shop.
