A cider morning in Lekunberri: fair and display of apple products and varieties, craft stalls and cider tasting (€5 for a glass and five tokens). At midday, kirikoketa, a demonstration of traditional apple crushing by the Jo ala Jo association of Lekaroz. All five of Navarre’s full-cycle cider houses took part: Martintxoenea, Larraldea, Lindurrenborda, Perkatzenea and Toki Alai.
Navarre’s cider day, in Lekunberri, alongside the mushroom day: Navarre’s cider houses (Martitxonea, Larraldea, Lindurren Borda, Toki Alai, Perkatzenea…) in the square, with a glass and tastings, and kirikoketa (rhythmic log-chopping with axes).
