About Larraldea cider house
Larraldea Sagardotegia opened in 1993 and has been a favourite with the people of Baztan ever since. What is probably the first organic cider in Baztan started here in 1995, and since then the cider house has produced both organic and conventional cider. The baton has passed from Jesús Ángel García to Eztibeltza Kooperatiba, and we will delve deeper into the local cider culture in our own way. The fruit of Baztan’s apple orchards matters to us: we make our own Navarrese cider and serve local food, rooted in this land, in a tavern atmosphere.
From tree to bottle
Larraldea’s own house cider
