About Larraldea Sagardo Arrunta

Larraldea’s “conventional” cider, from Baztan: a craft natural cider made from apples grown in the valley, in Irurita, Arizkun, Elizondo and Lekaroz. The apples are not certified organic, but they come from old, restored orchards. It is picked, bottled and labelled by hand, with no added sulphites and minimal intervention.

A 75 cl Rhine bottle at 6 % ABV, in cases of twelve. It ferments in wooden kupelas, and each lot has its own name: Lapatine (Irurita), Tellarin (Arizkun and Elizondo) and Mamurru (Lekaroz).
