About Olaizola cider house
Olaizola cider house, a very recent addition, is famous for its owners, the Olaizola brothers from Goizueta, better known in the world of pelota than in cider making; even so, they have made their mark in the trade. Located in the Hernani neighbourhood with the strongest cider-making tradition, they have built on the business long established there by Eizmendi cider house, which has a long history in the trade. Olaizola currently produces around 90,000 litres of cider.
Olaizola makes its own cider, which outside the txotx season is served in bars and restaurants in the area.
