About Rufino cider house
The Rufino cider house, named after its former owner, has been making cider since time immemorial. The premises, however, have recently been restored and updated, especially the machinery, and now allow it to make a higher-quality cider with the help of the latest technology. It produces around 100,000 litres of cider a year.
Three generations of the family make cider here by traditional methods, and the house has been making and selling it for more than 125 years.
