About Bereziartua Euskal Sagardoa
Bereziartua’s cider under the Euskal Sagardoa designation of origin, guaranteed by the Hazi Foundation: only local Basque apples, with varieties such as Txalaka, Urtebia and Goikoetxe, selected beforehand and fermented for at least four months in wooden vats. Old-gold in colour, with an intense, fruity nose; 6% ABV.
Sold in cases of 6 75 cl bottles. Serve it cool, in a wide glass, a little at a time.

Its quality labels
- DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
