About Enbata RAW

Enbata is Zapiain’s newest line, and RAW is its natural cider in a 44 cl can: unfiltered, unstabilised and unpasteurised, with the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin. The can describes it as a “sour cider”.

It is sold in cases of 6 cans and in October 2026 it is listed as sold out in the shop. Drink it cold, from the can or in a glass.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
