What it is like

Designed for those who want to understand txotx from the inside: before lunch or dinner there is a tour of the cider house and a tasting with the cider maker, and then a host from the house sits with the group for the whole meal. They explain where the ritual comes from, how to fill your glass straight from the kupela (cask) and which dishes go with it, and answer any questions about the Basque language and local customs.

The website gives no price or schedule; booking is by email or phone.
